Business Concierge Services from Hunter Events

On a contract basis, we will help you with all your special occasion needs.

 

  

How do we start?

Just call us and say you'd like to set up a concierge account.

We'll work hard for you to take care all details for you.

How do we Pay?

You'll be billed on an hourly basis and pay for consumables and billed monthly.

Don't use any help this month- no invoice. 

Just call us when you need us.

What will Hunter Events do?

Just call us and tell us what you'd like to do and how much you want to spend.  We'll tell you how much time it will take and ideas of what we could do.  We'll set it up for you or give you the details for you to implement. 

It's up to you.

How much will the service cost?

We charge $25 per hour; total cost will depend on what you're doing and how much you'd like us to do. We'll work within any budget.

 

For Example

It's Secretaries Day and you'd like to say thanks to your assistants- what could you do?

Call Hunter Events

We'll work with your budget and deliver a lunch to you- cappuccinos, pressed Tuscan sandwiches and mini pastries.

You'd like to have a Christmas party for the 25 people in your office.  You want it to be easy with great food and somewhere great.

Call us and tell us when you'd like to have it: we'll call and find you a great restaurant- a quiet room, a great meal- just to fit your style.
